01

Know what is still owed

Create a payment record for a delivered load with its broker, amount and due date. The money view summarizes open and overdue payments; the load record shows the balance behind them.

02

Keep partial payments visible

Record the amount received and its date. A partial payment reduces the remaining balance; it does not turn an unpaid balance into a paid load.

03

Follow up with the facts together

Review overdue days and log that you followed up. Keep load documents close at hand and review the broker’s load history and recorded payment timing before the next booking.

Does Backhaul collect payments or contact brokers for me?

You record money received and handle collection with your broker. A logged follow-up is your own record; it does not automatically send an email or message. Backhaul does not promise payment or bank reconciliation.
