What we collect

Your account email, company and truck details you enter, load offers you paste or upload, receipts and documents you attach, and the calculations we run on them. We collect this to do the one job you hired us for: telling you whether loads make money.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your loads, rates, or costs with brokers, load boards, or other carriers. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may inform product features, never in a form that identifies you or your business.

Processors

We run on Supabase for database, auth, and storage. We may use AI extraction, routing, toll, fuel-price, and market-rate providers to process load offers you submit. Each receives only what is needed to process your request.

Your data, your call

Email support@backhaul.to to export or delete your account and data. Deletion is permanent.
