Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026 · Beta terms, plain language; a reviewed version lands before general release.

What Backhaul is

Backhaul estimates load profitability and tracks what loads actually paid. Estimates are estimates: routes, fuel prices, tolls, and lane-rate context are best-effort data, and the decision to take, counter, or pass on a load is always yours. Backhaul is not a load board, broker, dispatcher, or financial advisor.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, reselling, or attacking it.

Billing

New accounts get three starter load checks with no card upfront. After that, pick Solo or Fleet and check out with a card in the app. You can view invoices, change your plan, or cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings — cancelling stops future billing.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backhaul is not liable for losses arising from hauling decisions, data inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Help improve Backhaul

Allow optional analytics and diagnostics so we can see which features work and fix reliability problems. No load details, routes, documents, or advertising IDs.
