Terms of Service

What Backhaul is
Backhaul estimates load profitability and tracks what loads actually paid. Estimates are estimates: routes, fuel prices, tolls, and lane-rate context are best-effort data, and the decision to take, counter, or pass on a load is always yours. Backhaul is not a load board, broker, dispatcher, or financial advisor.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, reselling, or attacking it.
Billing
New private launch accounts get three starter load checks with no card upfront. Any pilot billing, plan changes, or cancellation questions are handled outside the app until self-serve billing is available.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backhaul is not liable for losses arising from hauling decisions, data inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
